LayoffAnalyzer

LayoffAnalyzer scores each developer across all-time, yearly, monthly, and weekly windows. It also produces a weekly score for the team. Each window has a quantitative score, a qualitative analysis, and a binary: Devrecated or not.

The product measures value created. The binary is whether the work in that window meets the house standard. It is not an argument that people should leave the profession.

Autodevelop already baselines a Value Score for developer output and reports cycle time, change failure rate, and code turnover. Weekly delivery value is a 0–100 score and mix. LayoffAnalyzer is a later packaged product that applies that kind of measurement per developer and per window.

The model uses many tracked factors and explains the contribution of each factor in the qualitative write-up.
