We build AI systems for small and mid-size businesses that need to spend less and earn more. The product is a toolkit: process, hosted knowledge, and people who fit it to the stack.
The amount of value one engineer can create has increased sharply. That does not retire the profession. It retires the habit of shipping generated code that nobody can defend.
New engineers can hide behind tools and skip fundamentals. Learning still takes patience. Software architects stay. They sit between what the business needs, which tools fit that use, and how AI is allowed to use those tools to finish the job.
If a team refuses to use AI, or only uses it to produce volume they cannot review, they are the ones the name needles. The work that remains is judgment.
