- The product, roughly how many people touch the repository, and what your release process looks like today.
- What hurts
- Rework after release, reviews that cannot keep up, or an output question you cannot answer with evidence.
- Which piece interests you
- The full system, release evidence on its own, or a baseline score. We will say if the answer is none of them.
